A custom design-built home in Fort Wayne. A quieter modern farmhouse — clean siding, black windows, and a stone base that grounds the whole thing.

A compact floor plan done right: spiral stair to a sleeping loft, vaulted ceiling, and a galley kitchen anchored by a blue island. Every square foot earns its keep. The right sized "mancave".

The angles are doing the quiet work here: books on the shelves, herringbone fireplace surround, brackets, mantel shape and the "X"s on the cabinet doors all repeat the same pattern.
